Our Diversity and Inclusion training consist of three steps:
- ASSESSMENT: Reviewal of the organization’s employees, culture, leadership teams, and the goals/vision for equity and inclusion in their workplace.
- TRAINING TYPE: Either a pre-packaged facilitation training or a customized training based on the assessment.
- IMPLEMENTATION: In-person, online per individual or group sessions, webinars (equity and inclusion discussions). *Determined by step one assessments*
